Johnathon Cardwell is the founder & broker of CART Group, Inc. He managed to juggle multiple businesses over his real estate career and had to find efficient online systems to ensure the most productivity with limited time.
 
After years at the same corporate brokerage, Johnathon wanted to get out of the larger corporate brokerages and create a unique, technology-driven start-up, that a financial goal for its agents.
 
He currently has a LEED Green Certification for energy-efficient homes and plans to expand his business in the sustainable home sector.
